In a situation of increasing demand for « special » high-end meals, the FOOD PARTNERS SERVICES-WAM group created La Crème de la crème in 2017.

Combining both French savoir-faire and international cuise and flavours, La Crème de la crème meets the sophisticated travellers’ expectations like gourmets. Particular diets (vegeterian, vegan, allergen-free) or of different confessions (Halal, Kosher), we heighten the aesthetic and the taste of our meals. For more than 20 years, WAM had for ambition to offer a real pleasurable moment selecting the finest products and collaborating with the best French chefs.

Alexander Berger has acquired 20 years of experience in air and rail catering industries, through various experiences. Former student of the Hospitality School of Saint Quentin, he joined the Group STACI to take the lead in the sales department of the subsidiary STACI FOOD SOLUTIONS at Moissy Cramayel before devoting himself to air and rail catering industries (SERVIP then WAM) associating both of his passions : aviation and gastronomy.

He is recognized in his field for his dynamism and professionalism (Award for the Best Entrepreneurship in Hauts-de-Seine in 1993 and Award for Best Product Launch at the International Exhibition of food (SIAL) in 2002). Alexandre Berger is now dedicated to create new flavors for his special meals ranges. His promise ? Simple, combining excellence, quality and experience.
